Gas Prices on the rise in the Midlands

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)– Gas prices are on the rise in the Midlands. According to AAA, as we near the Spring, prices at the pump may continue to rise.

Right now, the National average is $3.39 a gallon, up from eight cents last week.

Here in the Midlands, drivers are paying an average of $3.12 a gallon.

According to AAA, the current national average is a quarter more than a month ago but two cents less than a year ago.
