Sumter County deputies searching for truck allegedly involved in trailer theft

SUMTER COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– Sumter County deputies is asking for the public’s help finding a truck allegedly used to steal a landscape trailer, said deputies.

The Sumter County Sheriff’s Office said a silver/gray Ram 2500 quad cab truck with a black toolbox in the bed and a black wrap around brush guard on the front was used to steal a 16-foot metal landscape trailer.

Investigators said the truck was driven by a white male and the trailer is dual axle with 2-foot wire mesh sides all around.
