Local Living: Columbia Animal Services’ March Madness, Taste of Lake Murray, Columbia’s summer camps, Monster Jam

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)— In today’s Look at Local Living, the Columbia Animal Services is celebrating March Madness with an adoption special.
Starting on Monday until the end of the tournaments on Monday April 8, all adoption fees will be waived.
You can see all the pets up for adoption at the shelter on Humane Lane.
Tickets are on sale now for the Taste of Lake Murray.
You can sample food from around the region and listen to live music from “The Voltage Brothers” and “Under the Sun”.
The event is Thursday, March 21 at 6 p.m. at the DoubleTree by Hilton.
Tickets are $125 and attendees must be 21 and up.
Registration is now open for the City of Columbia’s summer camps.
City officials say weekly summer camps will be held from Monday, June 10 through Friday, August 2, from 7:30 a.m. until 6 p.m.
The camps are open to children ages 5 through 12 and cost $85 per week.
Monster Jam is roaring back to the Colonial Life Arena next month.
The show will be on April 6 through April 7.
Fans can see the massive trucks up close, meet their favorite drivers and take pictures.
