Midlands photographer accused of crimes involving children, again.
Richland Co., S.C. (WOLO)– Richland Co. deputies say a local photographer, previously charged with crimes against a child, has been arrested again.
Investigators say Tuesday morning they arrested Gregg Martin on charges out of Gwinnett Co., GA.
Deputies say he is accused of Use of Computer Service to Seduce, Solicit, Lure or Entice Child to Commit Illegal Acts, Electronically Furnishing Obscene Material to Minors, and Obscene Internet Contact with a Child.
Investigators say Martin was charged twice in 2022, accused of taking inappropriate pictures of children.
Sheriff Lott says Martin is in custody at the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center.
