Wally, an emotional support alligator is missing
(NPR) — It’s 11:00 do you know where your alligator is? Wally the emotional support alligator is still missing. We don’t have a milk carton to put him on, so here’s what he looks like in case you’ve seen him. well. someone has gator-napped and absconded with Wally. His owner says, wally was stolen by some jerk who likes to drop gators into someone’s yard to terrorize them. in recent days the family has been overtaken with pleas for help. wally is missing in Georgia, where he was likely put into a swamp with 20 other alligators. wally’s owner says to pray because they need a miracle.
As of tonight there is a total of over 500 people donating more than $10k to an online fund to help find Wally. Those funds might be used for travel, advising costs, and possible legal and veterinary costs. In case you’re wondering how to tell if it’s Wally or not, his handler says he likes chin rubs, and giving hugs and doesn’t bite when people get close to him.
