Flags at half-staff on Memorial Day

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)–  Governor Henry McMaster has ordered flags on the state capitol to be lowered to half-staff on Monday in observance of Memorial Day.

The governor has also requested that the flags over state buildings be flown at half-staff.
