‘Cola Eats’ donating gift cards to help feed hungry students this summer

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)–A coalition is working to help feed hungry children this summer, among those the Urban League.

Cola Eats focuses on eligible children in Richland One, Two, and Lexington- Richland Five school districts.
This week, the group distributed 667 food gift cards.
Each of the three school districts will receive over 200 gift cards.

Cola Eats is a collaboration which includes the Columbia Food Policy Committee, Columbia Urban League, No Kid Hungry, among others.
