No injuries after dump truck crashes through home on Steadham Ave.

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) – Columbia police say no one is hurt after a dump truck crashed through a home this morning.

It happened at the 400 block of Steadham Ave. at 7:15 a.m.

According to investigators, the dump truck’s parking brake malfunctioned causing it to roll down a hill and crash through the home.

Police say one person was inside the home but thankfully no one was hurt.

Columbia firefighters also responded to the scene to help the victims.
