Coroner identifies Richland County victim

RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– The Richland County Coroner’s Office has identified a Richland County victim, said the coroner’s office.

The victim was identified as Neva A. Rouse, 77, of Columbia.

The SC Department of Public Safety, also stated that there was one weather-related death in Richland County, which the department confirmed on Tuesday, Oct. 1.
