Man accused of killing Midlands teen back in court
COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– A former store owner accused of killing a Midlands teen was back in court on Tuesday afternoon, October 22.
Attorneys held an evidentiary hearing in the trial of Rick Chow.
In May of 2023, Richland County deputies say Chow shot and killed 14-year-old Cyrus Carmack-Belton as he was running from his convenience store.
