SC man extradited back to Richland County, sentenced in child abuse case
SC man arrested in Kentucky after skipping trial extradited back to Richland County, say deputies
COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– A man suspected of child abuse who fled the state was sentenced on Tuesday afternoon Oct. 22.
Nathan Ginter was sentenced to 40 years in prison after deputies say he had to be extradited back to South Carolina from Kentucky.
According to investigators, Ginter has been convicted for abusing his child in 2022 when his daughter was treated for burns and water torture.
