Students injured in school bus accident

Lexington Co., S.C. (WOLO)–Six students were taken to the hospital following a school bus accident Tuesday afternoon.

Lexington School District Two spokesperson Dawn Kujawa says there were 36 students on the bus from Wood Elementary.
According to officials, the bus was on US 321 near Woodcote Drive when a car ran into its side.
Students who did not need to be transported were taken home.
No word on what if any charges will be filed.
