Traffic Safety Unit investigating after collision on Sunset Blvd/US-378 at Palmetto Park Blvd

LEXINGTON, S.C. (WOLO)– Lexington Police Department’s Traffic Safety Unit is investigating a collision that happened on Monday, said officers.

Officers said the collision happened on Sunset Blvd/US-378 at Palmetto Park Blvd on Monday, Jan. 13.

The collision involved a vehicle that left the roadway and overturned in the parking lot.

Also, the collision caused an inbound lane of Sunset Blvd/US-378 at Palmetto Park Blvd to be closed at the time, along with the entrance/exit of the Hobby Lobby parking lot.

The collision is still under investigation be offers to determined which driver failed to yield the right of way and caused the collision.
