Road Safety tips from SC Troopers for the snow and ice

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)–Right now many agencies say there are still roads that may not be passable across the state. There is the potential for black ice overnight into Thursday.
The South Carolina Highway Patrol has some safety tips if you have to hit the road today or Thursday.
