Thursday Headlines: The Columbia Police Department announced that they’ve arrested former officer Calebb Payne after being accused of propositioning a woman for sex while transporting her to the detention center & Governor McMaster has suspended Williamsburg County Sheriff Stephen Gardner after he was indicted on public corruption.
