FCSO: Man arrested in relation to trafficking illegal drugs from Town of Winnsboro home

FAIRFIELD COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– Fairfield County Sheriff Will Montgomery has announced the arrest of a man in relation to trafficking illegal drugs from Town of Winnsboro home.

Preston Tyrone Brewer was arrested and charged with trafficking cocaine 2nd offense (28g or more), distribute, sell, manufacture, of controlled substance near park, possession of a weapon during violent crime, possession of a firearm by person convicted of PWID, possession of a firearm by person convicted of certain crimes, unlawful conduct toward a child.

Investigators with the Fairfield County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division executed a search warrant at a home on Smart Street Thursday, April 10.

During the search of the home with the help of the K9 division trafficking quantities of cocaine, U.S. currency, and an illegally possessed firearm were seized.
