Local Living: FCSO Easter egg hunt, Riverwalk Rabbit Run, Walk a Mile in Our Shoes event, Big Bounce America

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)— In today’s look at Local Living, get your Easter baskets because the Fairfield County Sheriff’s Office is hosting an Easter egg hunt on Thursday, April 17.

It’s from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the County Administration Building on Columbia Road in Winnsboro.

You and the family can also enjoy free hotdogs, drinks, and take a picture with the Easter bunny.

 

Get ready for a hopping good time at the Riverwalk Rabbit Run this Saturday, April 19.

The 5k race starts at 9 in the morning at the West Columbia Amphitheater on Alexander Road.

The registration fee for the race is $40.

 

Get ready to walk for a change.

The annual Walk a Mile in Our Shoes event starts on Tuesday, April 22, at 6 p.m. at the state house.

The event raises funds for Pathways to Healing’s efforts to help victims of sexual violence.

 

The world’s biggest bounce house is bouncing into the Midlands this weekend.

The Big Bounce America event is this Friday, April 18, through Sunday, April 20 at the Historic Columbia Speedway on Charleston Highway in Cayce.

Your kids can bounce around in the 24-thousand square foot bounce house, go through a huge obstacle course, have a foam party and much more.
