Columbia PD investigating shooting on Bailey Street

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO) —  According to the Columbia Police Department, officers are investigating a shooting at the 6100 block of Bailey St.

Officers say they initially received a ShotSpotter alert, followed by an emergency call to dispatchers shortly after 8 PM.

A male was found with a lower body injury that appears to be non-life threatening. Investigators are working to determine the circumstances.
