Monday Headlines: On Saturday, The South Carolina Military Department held a Change Of Command Ceremony to welcome Greenville native Major General Robin Stilwell as the 30th Adjutant General of South Carolina & Democratic Representative Jermaine Johnson of Kershaw and Richland Counties announced he will join in the race for Governor of South Carolina.
