Richland Co. Deputies arrest teen accused of firing at victim multiple times at gas station

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)– Richland County Deputies have arrested a teen, accused in a shooting.
17 year old Timothy Harley is being charged as an adult with multiple crimes including attempted murder, say deputies.
According to investigators, Harley was at the BP gas station on Garners Ferry Road when a verbal altercation took place between the victim and Harley’s mother.
Deputies say Harley retrieved a gun from his car and fired multiple rounds into the gas station.
The victim was struck multiple times and was taken to the hospital.
Harley is being held at the Alvin S. Glenn Detention center. His bond was denied.
