Tuesday Headlines: Multiple high ranking South Carolina Officials announced that they will be running for Governor, including Attorney General Alan Wilson and Senator Josh Kimbrell & Governor McMaster announced he will hold a ceremonial signing today for a bill that will establish the new department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities.
