Oreo, Reese’s teaming up for new treats
(CNN)– Oreo and Reese’s are rolling out two new treats that combine flavors from both snacks.
And their companies are hoping the sweets will boost declining sales.
The sweet collaboration is a rare partnership between two brands owned by different companies.
Oreo is owned by Mondelēz International, and Reese’s is part of the Hershey Company.
One of the new creations is a revamped version of a 2014 cookie that used Reese’s peanut butter.
The new version has Oreo cookie crumbs in the filling.
The other new snack is a Reese’s Oreo cup.
Both will be available starting in September.
