“803 Day” weekend Celebration taking place across the Midlands

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)– The “803 Day” weekend celebration is underway in Columbia. The event runs through Sunday.

The citywide celebration spans the Midlands in recognition of all things “803.” Organizers says it’s designed to unite in a spirit of community and unity.
You and the family can take part in several activities like a 5-k run/walk, a free festival at Doko Meadows Park and a city-wide scavenger hunt.
