Monday Headlines: Richland County Deputies say they arrested 35 y/o Alex Bookert after he hit State Trooper Mitchell Williams Jr. with his trucks side mirror while driving under the influence & Sumter County Deputies are investigating a fatal shooting that took place at a home on Camp Brand Rd on Saturday.
