Two shot at Redpoint apartment complex
COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO) — The Richland County Sheriff’s Department is investigating a shooting that occurred early Sunday morning at the Redpoint Apartments located at 1050 Southern Drive in Columbia.
Deputies say they responded to call around 2:20 a.m. for a shooting — finding a victim with gunshot wounds to the upper and lower body upon arrival.
A second shooting victim was also located with a gunshot wound to the upper body.
EMS responded and transported both victims to a local hospital.
The investigation is ongoing and updates will be made when available.
