Police investigating shooting at Columbia AirBnB

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO) — Officers with the Columbia Police Department are investigating a shots fired incident at the 1100 block of Darlington Street — a house confirmed as operating as an AirBnB.

Officers responded shortly before midnight on Saturday night and collected evidence, also finding property damage. Overnight, a male showed up at a hospital with a non-life threatening gunshot wound.

Investigators say they are working to determine if the injury is connected to the case.

They are also working to confirm the total number of people inside the home when shots were fired, and their ages.
