RCSD: 3 arrested in connection with November homicide
RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– Richland County deputies say three people have been arrested in connection with a Garners Ferry Road homicide that happened last month.
An investigation into the November 21 Garners Ferry Road homicide revealed that three individuals were involved in the shooting that injured one victim and left another dead, says RCSD.
On the morning of December 3, Richland County Sheriff’s Department’s Fugitive Task Force arrested a 16-year-old male.
The 16-year-old was charged with murder, 2 counts of attempted murder, possession of a weapon during a violent crime, and possession of a firearm by a minor.
On the same day in the afternoon, the Fugitive Task Force also arrested 17-year-old Andre’ Ferguson.
Ferguson was charged as an adult with murder, 2 counts of attempted murder, possession of a weapon during a violent crime, and possession of a firearm by a minor.
Also, during the afternoon of December 4, 17-year-old Kentrail Fuller turned himself in.
Fuller was charged as an adult with murder, 2 counts of attempted murder, possession of a weapon during a violent crime, and possession of a firearm by a minor.
The 16-year-old male was taken to DJJ where he is awaiting a detention hearing.
While both Ferguson and Fuller were taken to the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center where they are awaiting bond hearings.
The sheriff’s department says through the cooperation of community members, investigators were able to identify all three involved.
