SC among states with most people moving out

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– It may not seem like it when you’re looking for a parking spot, but more people moved out of South Carolina in 2025 than moved in.

According to Atlas Van Lines, South Carolina was among the top ten outbound states.

The study’s authors say that 56% of moves made in South Carolina were to other states.

According to the survey, Arkansas had the most people moving to the state, while Louisiana had the most people moving out.
