Another charge added for man accused of being nude at car wash

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– Columbia Police say a man charged with indecent exposure now has another charge added on.

Law enforcement has added another charge of indecent exposure for 38-year-old Desmond Metcalf.

Metcalf is accused of being nude at a car wash, and in plain view of a female victim last summer.

The victim recently contacted police after recognizing him while watching a news report about his prior arrests, according to the police dept.

Last month, Metcalf was arrested for allegedly exposing himself to two females, including a juvenile.

The cases are being investigated by the Columbia Police Department’s Special Victims Unit (SVU).
