One dead in shooting on Cutlers Court

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO) — Deputies with the Richland County Sheriff’s Department say they are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred on Cutlers Court.

At around 1:10 p.m. on Sunday, deputies say they were dispatched to the 10 block of Cutlers Ct in reference to someone being shot. There, they found the victim inside of a vehicle with multiple gunshot wounds to the upper body.

Deputies say they began to render aid to the victim until EMS arrived to transport the victim to the hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.

RCSD investigators and the Crime Scene Unit responded to the scene to investigate. This investigation is ongoing.
