Winter Olympics most watched since 2014

(CNN)– The Olympic drama in Italy sucked in viewers this year.

NBC is reporting it averaged about 23 and half million viewers for this year’s Winter games.

That’s the biggest number since 2014, and nearly double the audience for the last Winter Olympics in 2022.

It’s also an aggregate number that includes views from Peacock, CNBC, and the USA network.

The games helped the Peacock streaming service see its best month ever.
