Two teens arrested in connection to a shooting on Augusta Road

WEST COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) – West Columbia Police have arrested two teenagers in connection to a shooting Sunday.

Jaeden Jones, 19, is charged with attempted murder, possession of a firearm during the commission of a violent crime, criminal conspiracy, and possession of marijuana.

Ty’ron Bethea, 18, is charged with possession of marijuana.

Authorities say the shooting occurred in the 2400 block of Augusta Road.

This incident remains under investigation.
