US Attorney: Man pleads guilty to federal gun charge
Columbia, S.C. (WOLO)–A Lexington County man has pleaded guilty to being a felon in possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime.
Officials with the US Attorney’s Office say on June 14th last year Lexington County deputies responded to an apartment complex where De’marionne Miller was holding a victim captive.
When deputies arrived, officials say miller ran out of the apartment with an AK style rifle and a backpack that contained drugs and cash.
Officials say Miller faces a penalty of up to life in prison.
