Local leaders came together for the launch of South Carolina Healthy Business Coalition

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– Local leaders came together on Senate Street Tuesday afternoon, March 24, 2026, for the launch of a South Carolina Healthy Business Coalition.

Speakers at the luncheon included Lieutenant Governor Pamela Abbott and South Carolina Manufacturers and Commerce President Sarah Hazzard.

The coalition teaches employers how to improve their companies overall work experience and environment by offering hands on support and linking them with the necessary resources.

Founder and President Susan Johnson says the organization’s goal is to help businesses create a culture of wellness, all by prioritizing the health and well-being of its employees.
