COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) – Columbia Animal Services has a new Pet of the Week that’s sure to be your “lucky charm!”

Charm is 3-years-old! She loves to play and have fun!

Since she’s a longtime resident, her adoption fee has been waived!
