Kindred Hearts of SC’s Social & Emotional Intelligence Summit this Saturday!

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)  – Kindred Hearts of South Carolina is hosting a special event in honor of Child Abuse Prevention month.

“It’s All Relative: Social & Emotional Intelligence Summit” starts Saturday from 8:25 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. at Midlands Technical College Airport Campus Student Center, 1260 Lexington Dr.

Curtis spoke to the non-profit’s CEO, Dr. Kimberly Janha about how this event helps parents, kinship caregivers, foster parents & more learn how their behaviors directly impact the safety and well-being of their kids.

The event will have a keynote speaker, panel discussions, breakout sessions and much more!
