Raekwon Hollins turned himself in to the Fairfield County Sheriff’s Office this morning (Tuesday, April 14) without incident, according to the sheriff’s office.

Along with Raekwon Hollins, his twin brother, Jaekwon Hollins, was also taken into custody and booked into the Fairfield County Detention Center on conspiracy charges for his role in planning the attack on the victim.

Both arrests are connected to a targeted shooting that happened on April 6, at a home on Blair Circle where a 7-year-old girl was hit by gun fire.

During the course of the investigation, deputies determined that the incident was not random, but rather the result of a coordinated effort involving multiple people.

Sheriff Will Montgomery states, “This case involves calculated and dangerous actions that put innocent lives at risk. We will continue to pursue everyone involved and ensure they are held accountable.”

The investigation remains active, and additional arrests and charges are possible, says the sheriff’s office.

Anyone with information related to the incidents is encouraged to contact the Fairfield County Sheriff’s Office at 803-635-4141.
