Tariff refunds begin this month

(CNN)– Tariff refunds are on track to start processing next week, according to a trade court judge.

Importers can make claims for refunds with interest from the tariffs that were invalidated by the Supreme Court.

That could total $127 billion.

Thousands of lawsuits have already been filed by companies who paid the tariffs.

Trade attorneys warn it’s possible the Trump Administration could still file an appeal.
