Deputies looking for man they say is known to be violent and armed

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO) — The Richland County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a man wanted in reference to an assault, kidnapping and larceny investigation.
Investigators say 63-year-old Joseph Boykin Jr., who has ties to the Blythewood area, is known to be violent and armed. They also say he should not be approached.
