Deputies: Teen arrested with gun on school bus

Richland Co., S.C. (WOLO)– Richland County deputies say a student was arrested for having a loaded gun on a school bus Monday morning.
Investigators say at 8:45am a student sent a 911 text from a school bus on its way to Blythewood High School.
Deputies say 18 year old Kelvin Figueroa was in possession of a loaded pistol.
Deputies and school resource officers intercepted the bus as it arrived on campus.
Figueroa was arrested and charged with carrying a weapon on school property.
