National Day of Prayer
COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– In the Midlands and across the country people took part in the National Day of Prayer.
It’s observed each year on the first Thursday of May, inviting people of all faiths to pray or meditate for the nation.
The first National Day of Prayer took place in 1983.
