Albright’s chicken dog food recalled due to salmonella
(CNN)– Dog owners listen up, Albright’s Raw Pet Food is recalling a single lot of its chicken recipe for dogs due to a possible salmonella contamination.
The products are sold in one pound pouches and have a best buy date of April 28, 2027.
They were sold directly to consumers nationwide.
They were also sold to a small number of retailers in Massachusetts, California, South Carolina, North Carolina, Wisconsin and New York.
No illnesses have been reported in connection to the recall.
Consumers should not feed the food to their pets and throw out any unused product.
