Go behind the badge at RCSD’s Citizens Academy!

RICHLAND CO., S.C. (WOLO) – Get ready to go behind the badge through a special program from the Richland County Sheriff’s Department.

The 12-week Citizens Academy is on Tuesdays from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m.

RCSD’s Cpl. Thomas Browne & Citizens Academy graduates Lisa Davey & Brianna Gamble spoke to Curtis about how the program gives you a hands-on experience on what deputies do on a daily basis to keep our community safe.

It’s free to attend but you must be 18 years old to participate.
