RCSD: Missing man with dementia believed to be in danger

RICHLAND CO., S.C. (WOLO) – Richland County deputies are searching for an elderly man with dementia believed to be in danger.

According to investigators, Leroy Simuel, 75, was last seen around 3 p.m. Thursday from his residence at 1100 Base Hill Road in Gadsden.

He was last seen wearing a white hoodie, tan jogger pants, blue tennis shoes and a white skull cap beanie.
