Trump Administration expands prescription program

(CNN)– The Trump Administration is expanding its prescription website.

Monday, May 18, 2026, the government announced it will add more than 600 generic drugs to the TrumpRx site.

This will allow potential users to do some comparison shopping.

People can see if the TrumpRx site offers lower costs than their local pharmacies or other online sites like Amazon Pharmacy.

President Trump said the site will provide American consumers with new options, more savings, and price transparency.
