Irmo Police find several guns, drugs during Wednesday arrest

IRMO, S.C. (WOLO)– Irmo Police say they found several guns, and drugs during an arrest on Wednesday morning.

 

On Weds, May 20, at 10:30 a.m. Irmo Police arrested Joseph Seth Braxton at a home in New Friarsgate.

Braxton was charged with possession of a firearm during the commission of a violent crime, drug trafficking, possession with intent to distribute, and possession of a controlled substance.

Officers say during a search of the home, authorities found a 106 oz plant marijuana, 9oz (minimum) of THC vape products, 46oz of THC Wax, 3g of LSD, and other drugs.

Also, around $11,400 US Currency, and multiple guns and ammunition was found during the home search.

He was taken to the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center.
