Columbiana Centre implementing curfew for 17 and under

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– Officials with Columbiana Centre say starting Friday night, May 29, 2026, they are implementing a curfew for people 17 and under.

A spokesperson for the mall says the curfew was put in place in response to social media activity indicating the potential for disruptive, unsupervised gatherings of youth.

Officials say as of five this evening anyone 17 and under must be accompanied by a parent who is 21 or older.

Mall officials say the curfew is only temporary.
