Update on jury deliberation in Chow trial

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO) – Just before 7:30 p.m., Monday night, the jury sent a note requesting that the judge’s full instructions be read to the jury again.

The judge told attorneys for both sides that he has the discretion to do so but never has. The judge went on to explain that because both sides agreed to it, he would bring in the forewoman to ask her about the request. After talking with her, the judge agreed to provide three written copies of his instructions to the jury.
