WATCH IN FULL: Nicole Carmack and Troy Belton, parents of slain teenager, speak at memorial gathering

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO) — Following the not guilty verdict of former store owner Rick Chow, members of the community came together Wednesday evening to honor slain 14-year-old Cyrus Carmack-Belton.

Cyrus’ parents, Nicole Carmack and Troy Belton, spoke alongside their attorney, Todd Rutherford at the event.
