The event, organized by the South Carolina Republican Party, is set for Tuesday, June 16, at 7:00 p.m. at CCU.

The two candidates will have the opportunity to speak to South Carolina residents as they compete to become the republican nominee for governor.

“We appreciate both candidates honoring their commitment to Republican voters and participating in this debate. This is one of the most important decisions our primary voters have made in over sixteen years and they deserve the opportunity to hear directly from the candidates, compare their visions for South Carolina’s future, and make an informed decision before casting their ballots in the runoff,” said State Party Chairman Drew McKissick.

The runoff will take place on June 23.
